Little Chef reportedly set to close 70 restaurants
Roadside restaurant chain Little Chef is reportedly closing 70 of its restaurants, cutting around 600 staff.
The Sun newspaper has reported that staff are being told by management across the country that they will no longer have their jobs.
According to the newspaper, just 91 restaurants will remain after the cuts.
Despite the support from RCapital in 2007, after Little Chef fell into administration, and the 2008 Channel 4 show featuring Heston Blumenthal, the failing brand is still struggling.
