Figgy’s Christmas Pudding

Christmas puddings can be too heavy, too boozy (yes, it is possible) and too sweet. Figgy’s Christmas Puddings are handmade in Devon with local Port Stout and 10-year old Somerset Cider Brandy, which provides a delicious zing without being over the top. It is light in texture but retains the richness required of a Christmas pudding. The pudding definitely passes the taste test at food&drink towers, but it also appeals due its aesthetics. Each Christmas pud is matured in a ceramic bowl, which looks beautiful and also means that the flavours are allowed to develop to their full potential before serving on Christmas Day. This will definitely be the pudding of choice on the 25^th December in our house.
